Negotiated & acquired the site from the former ABC Child Care providers & converted the site into a 7 lot house & duplex residential lot sub division. Project Managed & Obtained the DA. Obtained the OPW approval. Project Managed the construction works to obtain council plan sealing followed by titles registration. Also obtained 3 Material Change of Use approvals for 3 duplex’s.
