About Terry Seirlis
Terry Seirlis is a Brisbane based developer of multi unit developments.
Terry Seirlis studied at Griffith University and holds degrees in Management and a Masters in Environment & Community Health. He began his development career 11 years ago after changing tack from Health Management.
His first development was in 1997 with the construction of 7 townhouses in Holland Park, Queensland. He has since completed several multi unit projects including a 65 unit project at Upper Mt Gravatt called UniResort which is a student accommodation complex of over 300 rooms.
Now based in the heart of Brisbane City, he is preparing feasibilities on projects.
Terry Seirlis’s management style brings a boundless energy and a passionate drive to projects, unmatched in the industry. He has the power to mobilise support and win the hearts and minds of workers, contractors, partners and stakeholders. Terry adopts a ‘hands on’ management approach and this helps to ensure the maximum return to stakeholders.
Terry Seirlis enjoys motor racing and has participated in several Porsche events.
